I am glad to have anyone repost the material on our website, but I must ask that the URL be given from which it came. I work very hard to write things, and want some of the benefits for my parish, such as more readers, and more people knowing about our church and coming to our church, and even seeing our request for donations to our building fund, as we are finishing a temple, and are very tight on money.

The entirety of these questions and answers is from: http://orthodox.net/redeemingthetime/2010/02/11/questions-on-forgiveness-sunday/

and http://www.orthodox.net/questions/forgiveness_sunday_1.html

More articles on Lent are posted on our blog: Redeeming the Time

Priest Seraphim Holland
St Nicholas, McKinney TX
seraphim@orthodox.netPr Seraphimhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15847980666221070165noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-31582771.post-40833634849100286312010-02-15T08:42:53.721-05:002010-02-15T08:42:53.721-05:00This is so wonderful. Are you attending an orthodox church, or just reading up on a lot of it? I still think we could learn a lot from that body of believers and the way they do things. I went to a Catholic mass in a Cathedral this weekend, and while I don't think it's an ideal way to do things, I definitely see the value in reciting truth. And I remember thinking the Orthodox church had a much firmer grasp on being awed and reverent before God. Anyway... I'm blabbing. But thanks again for sharing this. :)Amber Vincenthttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18266087827540406441noreply@blogger.com
